Ford Fiesta 2006+ transponder key programming and used (second-hand) SIM210 ECU synchronization utility. – if instrument cluster is second hand: remove instrument cluster from car. Open and locate 25320 EEPROM. Read (with CarProg you can read in-circuit), save file and open with „Open DASH EEPROM“. Open SIM210 ECU and read 93C86 EEPROM. Open file with „Open ECU EEPROM“ button. Now transfer synchronization data from motor ECU to DASH. Save DASH file and write it back to instrument cluster. – if motor ECU is second hand: remove instrument cluster from car. Open and locate 25320 EEPROM. Read (with CarProg you can read in-circuit), save file and open with „Open DASH EEPROM“. Open SIM210 ECU and read 93C86 EEPROM. Open file with „Open ECU EEPROM“ button. Now transfer synchronization data from DASH to motor ECU. Save ECU file and write it back to SIM210. – if car transponder key is lost: remove SID210 from car. Open and locate 93C86 EEPROM. Read (with CarProg you can read in-circuit), save file and open with „Open ECU EEPROM“. Program will show you transponder data. Write this data to EH2 or TPX2 transponder with any transponder programmer (like RW4, Codereader or Zedbull)
